At the helm of the business is Greg Blaire, a natural born leader in the Wholesale Produce Industry.  Being part of a fourth generation Produce Family, Greg was led to join the family business.   This training and years of running another Produce Company, is what has given him the foundation of knowledge and skills that brings us Finest Produce Unlimited.

Greg believes the absolute best way to grow a Company is with the following essential key elements:

In his research he discovered that Employee’s with a stake, in the very business they represent, could completely change improve business performance. Their work ethics improved and their overall performance increased to maximum potential. With this understanding, Greg decided that an Employee Owned and Operated Company was the way to go.  Therefore, he assigned stock to the very people that have been with him, through thick and thin, over the many years.
